Technical Consultant – French Speaker– Israel
Reports to : Team Leader
Location: Or Yehuda, Israel
For our MGS department, we seek French speaking technical consultants who will provide solutions to customer queries, mostly technical and serve as the focal point for our French speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in the technical support process
- Work with customers to ensure highest satisfaction level
- Capture working notes and all details to resolve a case
- Communicating with QC & Product Management in order to bring to bug resolutions
- Creating knowledge units for the knowledgebase
- Training courses
- Providing consulting services – on–site support and specific training
Requirements
Related Knowledge & Experience:
- BA in computer–related sciences or IE&M
- Programming in any 3G language
- Familiarity with databases
- Familiarity with HTML & Javascript
- Familiarity with eDeveloper – advantage
- Providing customer care
General:
- Native French speaker – MUST!
- High level written and spoken English
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Readiness to travel

Magic Software Enterprises is seeking an additional member of the Pre-Sales team.
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to work on eDeveloper, uniPaaS and iBOLT opportunities; working in a team with account managers to understand clients’ requirements, prepare and give extensive product demonstrations, workshops, proof of concepts and training.
Requirements:
Related Knowledge & Experience:
- An excellent knowledge of eDeveloper / uniPaaS with a minimum 5 years experience and extensive knowledge of all product areas including: eDeveloper-SQL, Broker, Enterprise Server, eDeveloper-Web etc.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels within an organization, proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and demonstrate a solution to the customer.
- Hands on skills to demonstrate products, run workshops/ training and deliver consultancy.
- The ability to effectively learn new products, technologies and services and demonstrate these articulately.
General:
- Self motivated, Client & team oriented and be flexible in terms of travelling.
- You must have high level of English and deep knowledge of British culture.
- The position involves travelling all around the UK.
