Technical
Consultant – French Speaker– Israel
Reports
to : Team Leader
Location: Or Yehuda, Israel
For our MGS department, we seek French speaking
technical consultants who will provide solutions to customer queries,
mostly technical and serve as the focal point for our French speaking
customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in the technical
support process
- Work with customers to ensure highest satisfaction
level
- Capture working notes and all details to resolve a
case
- Communicating with QC & Product Management
in order to bring to bug resolutions
- Creating knowledge units for the knowledgebase
- Training courses
- Providing consulting services –
on–site support and specific training
Requirements
Related Knowledge & Experience:
- BA in computer–related sciences or
IE&M
- Programming in any 3G language
- Familiarity with databases
- Familiarity with HTML & Javascript
- Familiarity with eDeveloper – advantage
- Providing customer care
General:
- Native French speaker – MUST!
- High level written and spoken English
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Readiness to travel
