Magic Software’s End of Sales, Support and Upgrade Schedule for iBOLT Version 2
The End-of-Life Schedule for iBOLT Version 2
With the release of iBOLT Version 3 and according to Magic Software’s product lifecycle policy, the end-of-life process for iBOLT V2includes the following milestones:
- End-of-Sales and Support – End of Q4/2010 (December 2010)
- End-of-Maintenance - End of Q2/2011 (June 2011)
- End-of-Extended Sales – End of Q2/2012 (June 2012)
- End-of-Extended Support - End of Q4/2012 (December 2012)
- End-of-Life - End of Q4/2012 (December 2012)
V2 Extended Sales Period
Extended sales will be available from January 2011 until the end of December 2012.
- From January 2011 until end of December 2011, extended sales license fees will remain according to the original price list.
- From January 2012 until end of June 2012, extended sales license fees will be increased by 40% from the original price list.
V2 Extended Support
Extended Support will be available from January 2011 until the end of December 2012.
- From January 2011 until end of December 2011, extended support costs will remain according to the original support costs.
- From January 2012 until end of December 2012, extended support costs will be increased by 20%.
We therefore recommend you to upgrade as soon as possible to iBOLT V3. Please consult Magic Software offices for any question you may have in that regards.
