Getting Started with Magic xpa Open Client 2.x

The main objective of this self-paced course is to enable students to acquire the fundamental skills of developing a basic business application using Magic xpa, in an Open Client architecture.
By downloading the course, the student will be provided with technical courseware with all the information required for completing the course including explanations, exercises, solutions and programs that will further develop the student’s knowledge.
All of this is bundled together with Magic xpa.

Please note: 

  • Computer requirements - 
    Pentium processor 1.8GHz and upwards, 2GB RAM or greater, At least 300Mb of free space.
    Windows XP/ 2003 (Standard Edition)/ Vista®/ 2008/ Windows 7. 
    For Windows® XP / XP Pro users - Administrator access level is required. 
    Screen resolution of at least 1024x768 pixels Small fonts.
    PDF reader
    Magic xpa License -The MGDEMO license for a standalone environment is included as part of the course CD.
  • To enable the download process to start, please enable pop-ups from Magic software’s website.
  • The file size is ~350MB. 
    Download time may take up to 1 hour, depending on your internet bandwidth.
  • Install uniPaaS by running the Installation\Install.exe file.
  • Just follow the self paced tutorial PDF book included step by step and begin your journey with Magic xpa in an Open Client.


Getting Started with Magic xpa RIA 2.x (Rich Internet Application)

The main objective of this course is to enable students to acquire the fundamental skills of developing a basic business application using Magic xpa, in a Rich Internet Application (RIA) architecture. 
By downloading the course, the student will be provided with technical courseware with all the information required for completing the course including explanations, exercises, solutions and programs that will further develop the student’s knowledge..
All of this is bundled together with Magic xpa. For more information read the course brochure and syllabus.

  • Computer requirements -
