The Belgian company ADD is an independent risk manager that forms part of the KBC group. With more than sixty years of experience, ADD belongs to the top five most important insurance brokers in Belgium. Close connections with national and international insurance companies enable ADD to develop general and specialized tailor‐made insurance solutions for every enterprise. They have a total of 110 specialized employees.

Requirements

ADD continually works on optimizing its organization. In keeping with its mission, the company has developed a strict quality policy based on the adopted objectives for the commercial operation within ADD, the preparation of quotations, and for policy and indemnity management. That's why they were looking for a solution to give them:

Solution

The operational processes take place on one ERP platform, called 3Force, for which the applications are developed with uniPaaS. The platform has three pillars that are managed and developed in‐house. “From our history with Magic Software we found the solution in uniPaaS: the ultimate tool for the development and implementation of rich business applications. Due to the flexibility and uniform manner of developing in uniPaaS, the development process is
considerably shortened and simplified. We have developed three products from the various technological possibilities provided by uniPaaS such as client/server, browser based and RIA applications: 3Force, Simbadd and ORCA. Each customer can be supported with a personal management triangle and the policy and indemnity management is decentralized. This ensures that our customers receive the highest quality from our products and services.”
