Customer Overview

Securitas is an Israeli insurance company licensed by the Controller of Insurance as a Lloyd’s cover holder in a wide range of insurance fields, including heavy motor vehicles, engineering equipment, personal accident, sickness and hospitalization, and more. Securitas is known for its meticulous and professional underwriting and for its high standard of policy issuance and management.

Requirements

Securitas currently runs seven different applications that were developed using Magic Software's uniPaaS application platform. These applications run the company's business and operational processes, including insurance policy issue, company infrastructure management, payments, fines, and management of relations with Lloyd’s Underwriters in London, UK. Securitas sought to upgrade its IT applications to optimize corporate knowledge‐sharing, and to automate several key processes that were currently being performed manually. An essential requirement was to ensure complete transparency in the connection between IT systems, for example, when transferring from a policy page directly to a payments page.
The company also wanted to offer more services and capabilities to agents and customers via their website.

Solution
