Phase one of the project utilized Magic Software’s best practices methodology to analyze FlatRate’s business operations and current applications while achieving internal consensus on desired solutions. In phase two, Magic Software will deliver the services related to system architecture, detailed application design and requirements documentation needed for a successful implementation. These are the first stages of a multi-phase project.
