Magic Software Enterprises Ltd., a global provider of end-to-end integration solutions, today announced that  they will be chairing a panel featuring three Magic xpi Integration Platform customers to discuss integration ROI and customer insights at SugarCon 2017, SugarCRM’s annual conference for customers, users and partners. The panel will take place on September 26, 2017, 3:00pm – 4:00pm, Room: Continental 2, at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco.

At the panel, Leveraging Real Time Sugar Integration to Achieve Greater Customer Insights, three manufacturers, Continental Datalabel, Bishop Wisecarver Group and MICROMO, will discuss how they achieved strong ROIs for their Magic xpi solutions. Magic xpi Integration Platform enables data to be shared seamlessly between eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and backend financial and manufacturing systems to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Pat Flynn, the Director of Western Operations at Continental Datalabel, a manufacturer of self-adhesive label and paper products, will share how Magic xpi’s integration solution achieved a savings of 2,000 labor hours per year due to more efficient sales and manufacturing processes.

The CRM Manager at Bishop Wisecarver Group, Nigel Leoncio, will reveal how Magic xpi’s integration of an ERP system, a B2C eCommerce platform, SugarCRM, and a B2B eCommerce platform enabled them to empower external sales reps with real time customer data and speed up sales processes for their linear and rotary motion solutions while completing their integration project in just a few weeks.

Using Magic xpi, MICROMO, a provider of micro motor solutions, will tell how they increased sales productivity due to 24/7 real-time customer views, as presented by Lee Gaska, MICROMO’s Web applications developer.

“Magic xpi Integration Platform provides a better alternative to point-to-point infrastructure, because of its more flexible environment that scales up and adapts quickly to changes in manufacturing processes,” commented Brian Pitoniak, Vice President of Sales at Magic Software Enterprises. “Using Magic xpi, our customers are able to automate the flow of data between manufacturing and sales processes, lower sales costs and increase customer satisfaction, which give a significant and immediate boost to our customers’ bottom line.“
