Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), a global provider of cloud-enabled and on-premise application platform and business integration solutions, today announced an OEM deal with Datenlotsen Informationssysteme GmbH. This deal calls for Datenlotsen to license Magic Software’s iBOLT code-free business integration platform for use in the company’s ‘Campus Integration Framework (CIF) offering.
Datenlotsen Informationssysteme GmbH is a provider of digital solutions designed to support learning, teaching and research for universities, colleges and higher education. Powered by iBOLT, the CIF system has already been selected by a number of German universities and higher education institutions.
