The competition rules were announced at the RAWards 2010 ceremony held December 17th at the Music Box in Hollywood, California where the RAWartists.org community gathered to honor its emerging artists. Videos selected for the final competition will be released across powerful social media networks and judged based on total views received before the competition deadline.
