This partnership allows the parties to jointly develop market share in the manufacturing industry

Paris, May 10, 2022 – Magic Software, a provider of innovative applications, application tools and integration solutions, and Inetum, a digital services and solutions leader, are strengthening their partnership around Magic Software’s ‘FactoryEye’. FactoryEye empowers manufacturers in their Industry 4.0 migration. It integrates all management and production processes and applications, enables information system evolution, provides an agile architecture, and enables full visibility across the manufacturing organization.

With 200 management consulting specialists, the Inetum Group manages Industry 4.0 transformation projects. Services span from the initial planning phases – including the development of customized road maps – to the implementation phases, managing deployment and aiding in change management.

Serge Weibel, Director of Industry 4.0 Consulting at Inetum, said: « As part of this partnership, we rely on Magic Software’s FactoryEye solution to help our customers improve their performance and productivity. We are integrating best-of-breed solutions to address their specific challenges. We are particularly excited to continue to strengthen our offering with FactoryEye. Its ease of deployment and ability to quickly meet our customers’ objectives in demanding sectors in terms of operational excellence, such as the food and beverage, plastics, and packaging industries, complements our Industry 4.0 services and sector-specific solutions offerings.«

Eric Choppe, General Manager of Magic Software France and Southern Europe, explains: « The implementation of a FactoryEye project involves many skills within the company and leads to real changes. In addition to installation, we guide our customers to maximize the benefit from our solution through a process of continuous improvement.

The joint deployment approach utilizes dedicated resources in both companies, with expertise in implementing complex solutions and trained in Magic Software technologies. The partnership provides a high degree of additional value for customers in their transformation projects – saving time while achieving better security and agility in their business processes.

Serge Weibel concludes: « With common references in the equipment manufacturing and plastics industries, we hope to have a dozen customers in common by the end of 2022. In addition, we plan to extend our partnership to all Magic Software solutions, namely the Magic xpa web application framework and the Magic xpi integration platform. »
