Or Yehuda, Israel – February 10, 2026 – Magic Software, a global provider of enterprise integration, application development, and cloud-based services, today announced the successful completion of a SOC 2 Type II audit, reinforcing its proactive approach to meeting and exceeding enterprise security expectations.

Magic delivers cloud services to organizations operating in highly regulated environments, where security, availability, and trust are fundamental requirements. Achieving SOC 2 Type II reflects Magic’s long-term cloud and security roadmap and validates that its controls are not only well designed, but consistently and effectively operated over time.

“Security is not something we address only when customers ask for it,” said Yehuda Am-Baruch, Director of CCOE and CISO of Cloud Services at Magic Software. “Our goal is to lead with a clear security strategy that aligns with how enterprise and financial customers expect cloud services to be built and operated.”

Leading with a Proactive Security Strategy

Magic’s cloud offerings, including MagicTouch, are already used by customers who require high levels of security and operational maturity. SOC 2 Type II serves as independent validation of the practices Magic has embedded into its cloud services, enabling the company to engage customers from a position of confidence and transparency.

Rather than reacting to late-stage procurement requirements, Magic chose to complete the audit proactively, reducing friction in customer engagements and demonstrating readiness ahead of demand.

In addition to external validation, the audit reinforced internal alignment across development, operations, and cloud service teams. While Magic maintains ISO 27001 certifications, SOC 2 provides a cloud-focused framework that further strengthens operational consistency and accountability.

Comprehensive Validation Across Trust Services Criteria

The SOC 2 Type II audit covered all five Trust Services Criteria, Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy, providing comprehensive assurance for Magic’s cloud control environment.

Magic worked with GRSee Consulting to support the audit process, building on existing governance frameworks while ensuring cloud-specific operational practices were fully validated.

“Our focus was on reinforcing a sustainable security model that supports how we already operate and how we plan to scale,” added Am-Baruch.

Supporting Growth in Enterprise and Regulated Markets

With SOC 2 Type II in place, Magic strengthens trust with existing customers and supports continued growth in enterprise and regulated markets worldwide. The audit outcome is viewed as a foundation for ongoing improvement as Magic expands its cloud services portfolio.
