The Challenge

Ramat Gan launched a Digital Resident Card initiative designed to consolidate municipal information into one unified resident profile. To deliver this vision, the municipality needed to integrate more than 60 systems, including legacy environments, newer applications, and external sources. The project also required a fast go-live within five months, while unifying duplicate resident records across multiple systems and reports. In parallel, the municipality wanted clearer operational visibility to identify bottlenecks and track service performance indicators, while introducing modern capabilities gradually without disrupting ongoing operations.

The Solution

Magic and the municipality worked as one team from day one, aligning stakeholders across information security, digital, finance, and architecture. The teams ran joint discovery workshops, mapped processes, and defined a practical implementation plan.
