1. Technical Consultant
Job Description:
Reports to: Team Leader
Role: Provide solutions to customer queries, on a deep technical level. Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in the technical support process
- Work with customers to ensure highest satisfaction level
- Capture working notes and all details to resolve a case
- Communicating with QC & Product Management in order to bring to bug resolutions
- Creating knowledge units for the knowledgebase
- Training courses
- Providing consulting services – on-site support and specific training
Job Qualifications:
Related Knowledge &Experience:
- Programming in any 3G language
- Familiarity with databases
- Familiarity with XML and web services
- Familiarity with web/enterprise architecture
- Experience in providing customer care - advantage
- Familiarity with uniPaaS – advantage
- Experience in conducting course - advantage
Formal Training or Education:
- BA in computer-related sciences or IE&M or other similar relevant education
Skills and Abilities Required:
- High level written and spoken English
- Programming experience
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player

Must:
- System Administration knowledge of Unix-based operating systems (one of the following is a must: Sun Solaris, AIX).
