Guy Bernstein
Chief Executive Officer
Guy Bernstein has served as CEO of Magic Software since 2010, having served as a director of the company since 2007 and as chairman of the board of directors from 2008 to 2010.
Guy has served as the CEO of Formula Systems since 2008. In addition, Guy serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Sapiens, and is chairman of the board of directors of Matrix, both of which are subsidiaries of Formula Systems. From 2006 to 2010, he also served as a director and CEO of Emblaze.
Prior to joining Emblaze, Guy held the position of CFO and COO of Magic Software.
From 1994 to 1997, Guy was a senior manager at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global.
Guy holds a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Udi Ertel
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Udi Ertel joined Magic in 2004. Since joining the company, Udi has held various management roles including CEO of Magic Israel, VP Global Services & Operations and VP Sales and Distribution. Today as a Senior Vice President, Udi is responsible for Magic’s global sales and business activities except Japan.
Prior to joining Magic, Udi served as the CEO of Complot(83) Ltd for nine years and held a variety of different management positions at other organizations.
Udi holds a BSc in computer science and mathematics from Tel Aviv University in Israel and has completed all coursework towards an MBA at the same university.

Eyal Pfeifel
Chief Technology Officer
Eyal Pfeifel is responsible for defining and implementing Magic Software's technology vision and overall product offering. Eyal comes to Magic Software with more than 20 years experience in planning and managing large-scale and innovative technology projects. Prior to joining Magic Software as CTO in 2009, Eyal was CTO for Ai Research and Technologies, a leading Artificial Intelligence research project. Eyal has served in executive positions in a diverse range of international hi-tech companies covering Internet, Consumer, Mobile, Enterprise and Reference software. Eyal has also previously worked at Magic Software's Japan branch as marketing general manager from 1998 to 2000 and as product manager at the company's headquarters from 1993 to 1998 and has a strong knowledge of application development and enterprise software.

Asaf Berenstin
Chief Financial Officer
Asaf Berenstin has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2010. Prior to that and from August 2008, Mr. Berenstin served as our Corporate Controller. Before joining Magic Software and from July 2007, Mr. Berenstin served as Controller at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT). From October 2003 to July 2008, Mr. Berenstin worked as a certified public accountant at Kesselman & Kesselman, a member of PriceWaterhouseCooper. Mr. Berenstin holds a BA degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA degree, both from Tel-Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Israel.

Tania Amar
Vice President, Global Marketing
Tania joins Magic Software with nearly 20 years of global marketing experience. Tania was previously Vice President for Marketing and Business Development at Jerusalem Venture Partners, one of Israel's leading venture capital firms. Prior to JVP, Tania spent 5 years as Director of Global Marketing for NICE Systems, developing and managing the company's corporate department. Tania also worked as Corporate Public Relations Director for Comverse Network Systems between 1998 and 2000 and as Director of Communications at France's Nuclear Energy company, Cogema (AREVA Group) from 1990-1997, Tania volunteers for Gvahim, a non-profit organisation that supports the integration of highly qualified immigrants in Israel. Tania obtained her undergraduate degree as well as her MBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Amit Birk
Vice President, M&A and General Counsel
Amit Birk has served as VP M&A Since 2004 and general counsel and corporate secretary since 1999. In that capacity, he leads the company world wide M&A strategy and the company's legal team providing services in a number of business areas. Prior to joining Magic Software, Amit worked as an associate in Avital Dromi & Co., a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
Amit is a practical engineer in computers and holds an L.L.B. degree from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Oded Lavee
Vice President, Products Development
Oded Lavee became VP for product development in 2008 and is responsible for Magic Software's R&D and QC, overseeing these activities at 3 sites - in Israel, India and Japan. He comes to Magic Software with more than 20 years experience in development tools, applications and integration projects. Prior to his current position, Oded spent 5 years as the HQ representative and senior consultant at Magic Software's Japanese branch. Oded has extensive knowledge of the Japanese market including language and cultural skills. Oded has also held executive roles including head of development and co-founder in a range of hi-tech companies. Oded holds a BA degree in computer science and east Asia Studies from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Einat Silver
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Einat Silver is responsible for Magic Software's global internal operations, as well as heading the Budget Control and IT departments.
Einat joined Magic Software in 2005 and served as Corporate Financial Analyst until appointed Vice President in 2011.
Einat holds a BSc degree in Economics and Biology from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Regev Yativ
President and Chief Executive Officer, Magic Software Enterprises Inc. (USA)
As president and chief executive officer for Magic Software Enterprises, Inc., Regev Yativ is responsible for the company’s business operations in the Americas (North America, Canada and Latin America).
Prior to his appointment in January 2008, Regev served as Senior Vice President of international sales for Magic Software. In this position, Regev was responsible for Magic offices and operations in Europe and Japan, and managed the Distribution Network team in charge of Asia Pacific, Latin America and South Africa, guiding Magic Software’s significant growth in those regions.
Prior to joining Magic Software, Regev was chief operating officer of Agro Marches International S.A Group in Paris, a company specializing in Oracle based software and eBusiness platforms, managing all its branches worldwide.
Regev also was the chief executive officer of G.E.D B.V. in Amsterdam, an investments and business development group dealing in software and eBusiness solutions throughout Europe, and vice president of sales at the Nasdaq traded Edusoft, specialized in Educational Software and Web based eLearning and assessment platforms. Regev holds a B.A. from Israel’s Tel Aviv University.

Yoram Aharon
Chief Executive Officer, Magic Software Enterprises Israel
Yoram Aharon is in charge of business operations for Magic Software Israel and joined the company in 2009. Before joining, Yoram served as Service Manager at IBM and prior to that, held the position of Vice President Sales at Netcom Systems.
Yoram holds a B.A in Business Management and Accounting from Israel's Business Management School.
